The couple of times that I've been there I felt like the customer service was excellent and they appear to have had a lot of items available although I wasn't always able to find what I was looking for they were very helpful and where else to look for those items and I thought the overall experience was very good

I went to Pack's because I was working on a unique plumbing problem with my pedicure chair & I was in a hurry. I needed some expert advice, a few plumbing parts in a hurry. They cheerfully greeted me at the door & asked if I needed help. I explained my problem, they offered a solution, I bought it & it fixed my chair. It is a small store compared to Lowes or Home Depot which means I didn't spend 15 minutes walking from one side of the store to the other. Instead I was in and out of Pack's in 10 minutes. It was a pleasant experience!
